She’s in her happy place, Pupils dilated. Next to her are spent needles and syringes for reuse, plastic paper used to wrap the syringes are scattered on the floor.
Drug abuse is a norm in our society, more so my generation. Our need for a fun time and burst of bissful mirage moves us into substance greed and self damage. You and I escape to substance abuse to help us cope with reality, or life situations we cannot overcome mentally.
