Unity
Hi you, Yes you reading this, I enjoyed our conversation. It was one of those conversations that swayed and ignited my mind. Your voice is sultry, or probably my mind is doing its delulu thing again… Anyway, our tête-à-tête was the first highlight of my evening and I’m glad we talked. I want us to continue these convos, engaging, and becoming familiar. You exude a free spirit, It's Attractive! I’m excited to transition our juicy talks into the realm of face-to-face interaction and to see the nuances of your facial expressions while you speak. I believe they give a richer perspective on your beautiful self.
On a different note, you served as the muse for the following musings! Wishing you a splendid week ahead.
Far away in a distant land… I AKUU… wait I almost confused this with Samurai Jack! Let us retake this …Far away in a distant sphere in space, there lived a species teetered on the precipice of collapse. The species was dominant in their hierarchy of creatures but found themselves mired in perpetual warfare, species abuse, and a plethora of negative behaviors. Unity appeared.
Unity is depicted as a collective conscious being that emerged with the noble mission of transforming a crumbling society into a self-sustaining, efficient, economically sound, and harmonious utopia. Her mere presence on this celestial rock brought about a miraculous improvement. Yes, this narrative may sound like a page from Rick and Morty, particularly Season 2, Episode 3. Do yourself a favor and watch it; you won’t be disappointed. Rick’s ‘situationship’ with Unity… Too juicy if you’re into carousal and polyamory.
The idea of a collective consciousness lingered within me as I penned these words. I am still contemplating if it is truly possible to have such an ambiguous yet alluring entity amongst our stars. Could we be participants in a collective consciousness without realizing it?
This might be our next step towards evolution. Why do I say this …— Well, the emphasis on collaboration and teamwork in our work environments reflects a shift away from the dog-eat-dog world, We are no longer a species that thrives on competition and the winner gets all, well some of us still are. I hope they find their way.
This is a negative example but what the hell, it’s a free world. Let’s take a peek at Hitler’s control over his army. His ability to manipulate his subservient is an interesting model. We can see that despite the human instinct to go against violence; his control over the masses overtook the call to be humane. It might have been the persuasive power of his words or the manipulation of emotional states that granted him such influence.
Emotions, it seems, hold the key. I enjoy Alicia Key’s Voice. My brother reveled in her music. Her songs would come up and he would light up. Her vocals make you feel a glow inside. This particular song ‘Falling’ is out of this world. I am listening to it as I correct my grammatical errors. I know you…., yes you my Owl muse, and almost 6 Billion people feel the same way when she sings. She brings up a common emotion. She truly does jiu-jitsu with our emotions. Similar artists that have had a feel of this effect are MJ- the King of Pop, R Kelly — I still enjoy his songs … don’t judge me…and our Legendary François Luambo Luanzo Makiadi. Just listen to this track and tell me what you feel
Controlling the social mind is a tricky endeavor. In Unity’s case, her influence was geared towards development and progress. Hitler, on the other hand, remains an enigma. The disparity lies in the fact that Unity was an extraterrestrial entity, while Hitler was one of us. Perhaps the key to unlocking the greater good lies deep within ourselves.
With these contemplative thoughts, I bid you adieu until our next encounter. May your journey be filled with brilliance and discovery.
